USATF 50k Trail Championships

50K competitors will complete a point-to-point trail of approximately 32 miles and 6,300 ft of vertical during the RAGGED 50K in Sunapee, NH. There is a mix of 83% trail, 8% dirt road and 9% paved. You will have 4 full Aid Stations and 1 Water only aid station during the 50k.
